We are experienced in preparing Conservation Management Plans as part of Heritage Lottery Fund grant applications.
We prepared the Conservation Management Plan for Renfrewshire Council’s successful Heritage Lottery Fund bid, which achieved a grant award of nearly £800,000 for the restoration and transformation of Renfrew Town Hall.
We also prepared the Maintenance Plan for the building, ensuring that there is a comprehensive strategy in place for planned maintenance of this Grade A Listed building.
