Expert Witness

We have significant experience of all matters relation to construction.

Andrew Easton, Partner, and Gordon Hodge, Consultant, have been appointed to the RIAS Expert Witness Panel.

This Panel has been formed by the RIAS as a result of requests from members of the Scottish legal profession to assist them in identifying experts to instruct in cases involving matters such as building failures, professional responsibilities and contract administration.
